Why PADI Ice Diver?


Let’s face it;  If you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em!  As Canadians we’ve accepted and adapted to the harsh climate we experience for a quarter of our year.  We ski, snowmobile and of course, play hockey!  One more thing Scuba Divers can do to celebrate the cold is to Ice Dive!

 
 


Where can I go from here?

Your Adventures In Diving Ice Diving  Adventure Dive may count toward your Specialty course at instructor discretion. This Specialty also counts toward your Master Scuba Diver certification. To begin  your Ice Diving adventure, drop in or contact us today to sign up.

Experience the exhilaration of diving beneath the frozen surface of the water.  Look up and see your bubbles, pooling like mercury, on the underside of the ice.  Watch the fish, subdued by the cold as they lazily enjoy the visitors in their environment.  You can even enjoy a game of underwater hockey, upside down on the bottom of the ice.
